We are driven by a deep commitment and purpose to help individuals secure their first Data Analytics & AI role in Australia.
Data and AI are everywhere. They power marketing campaigns, automate decisions, personalise customer experiences, drive product innovation, and reshape industries.
But breaking into this space — especially without a technical or coding background — can feel impossible. We understand that frustration, which is why we designed our program with one clear objective:
We don't just teach skills — we provide the full pathway. We are here to disrupt the "no experience – no job" loop in the data and AI industry by offering a work-experience powered pathway that helps people build real-world capability and confidence.
I remember struggling to find my first tech job in Australia.
Applying to hundreds of roles was not working. All I got back were rejections.
I realised the hard way that immigrants usually start at a disadvantage. Visa issues, a small network, a career change, a long break, no mentors, no local experience, low confidence, and plenty more.
Australia is a competitive market. Sydney ranks 17th in the world for job market competitiveness. Underdogs like us have to take an unorthodox approach.
That is how The Data & AI Institute was born, headquartered in Sydney.
The team and I are obsessed with helping underdogs land their first tech job in Australia.
That is our north star goal.
A small team across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and New Zealand — consultants, coaches and operators who each own a part of your journey from enrolment to offer.
