Let me share a candid reflection: 10 years back, after finishing my master's degree from UNSW, I struggled to land my first tech job. I knew I needed to do something outside-of-the-box to land a job.

That's when I came up with the M.I.N.T method and soon realised data is the easiest route into the tech industry. Once I started working with data, I was hooked.

Today, I have 10+ years of experience in data, having worked with leading firms like Westpac, Deloitte, NBN Co, and the NSW Government, and have interviewed with companies like EY, Atlassian, and Uber.

I took all my learning, including what I wished I knew, and packaged it to help people land their data job faster & easier.

Today, I have 12+ years of data analytics experience and worked with renowned organisations such as NSW Government, Energy Australia, IBM, Lomotif, and Wipro etc.

But my true passion lies in teaching. So, I gave up my well-paying corporate job to focus on teaching essential data skills and have helped over 300+ students pick up data skills from scratch.

After a decade as an architectural designer, I made a bold leap into data analytics.

My passion for patterns and numbers led me to retrain, finding surprising parallels between architecture and data. I joined two Sydney-based start-ups, where I honed my skills and discovered a love for mentoring.

Now, I help others transition from non-IT backgrounds to tech careers, drawing on my own experience. The shift wasn't just professional; it reshaped my entire perspective.
